Preparation is the majority of the work. We protect floors and furnishings, repair damaged surfaces, sand, caulk, prime and mask every edge before any finish coat is applied.

It depends on scope and condition. You receive a schedule with the estimate, and we keep you updated as the work moves through preparation, application and final detailing.

Yes. Paint 4 Perfection carries full liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage, and we are happy to provide a certificate of insurance before work begins — homeowners, property managers and building owners can request one at any time.

Every exceptional paint job starts long before paint touches the wall. Here is how a project runs from first call to final walkthrough.
We walk the space with you, inspect surfaces and existing conditions, and understand what you want the room or the exterior to feel like when it is done. You get a written scope and a schedule — not a number scribbled on a card.
Floors and furnishings are covered. Surfaces are washed, scraped, stripped, sanded, filled and caulked. Everything that should not receive paint is masked. Primer goes on where the substrate calls for it. This stage takes the longest and decides the finish.
The right product for the right application, applied with the right technique — brush, roller or spray depending on the surface. Coats are built up properly and given time to cure.
Every edge, corner and transition is inspected. Touch-ups are completed, the site is cleaned, and we walk the finished project with you until you are satisfied with the last two percent.
